Step 1: Is Camp Pegasus Right For your child?

If you are interested in Camp Pegasus for your child, please send an email to our Camp Administrative Director, Aviva Moore,  with your child's name, age, grade, diagnosis and any questions or concerns you have. Also forward your child's most recent evaluation and/or IEP. Our clinical team will quickly review the documents to see if our program is the right fit for your camper's needs. We will let you know as soon as possible if your camper is accepted.

Returning campers please jump to Step 2.

Returning Campers: Use your Bunk1 login and password to update the "Returning Camper 2017" form.

All Families: Complete the appropriate online application and send in a $300 non-refundable deposit to our administrative offices:

Step 3: Tell us about your camper

Once you complete the camper application, you will receive an email instructing you to upload the Camp Pegasus medical form from your Bunk 1 parent page. This has to be completed by you and your camper's doctor. THAT'S ALL!

All forms are due by June 1, 2018

If you enroll after June 1, medical forms MUST be returned to us 1 week prior to your camper's first day. A delay in this will delay your camper's start!

ESY (Extended School year) services

NOTE TO PARENTS:

Camp Pegasus provides Extended School Year (ESY) social skills services to many area school districts. These ESY services are negotiated between the public school district and the camper's family, separate from Camp Pegasus and our application process. Please check with your school district to see if your camper qualifies for ESY services. If your camper does qualify for ESY, the camper still needs to go through the Camp Pegasus application process. Parents and/or school district personnel can contact the Camp Director, Aviva Moore, for more information.

NOTE TO SCHOOL DISTRICTS:

School districts follow a shortened application process to ensure that each camper will benefit from our program. Please be aware that we require 2 weeks to review the camper's application before his/her first day of camp. This is essential to ensure that the camper and program will be a good fit as well as ensuring sufficient space for all campers.

3-step ESY Application Process

STEP 1: THE APPLICATION PROCESS

Confirm with your district that your child is eligible for ESY services.

Camp Pegasus evaluates whether the program is the right fit for your child.

For the application, necessary materials include:

  • Recent Evaluation
  • IEP

This can be emailed to aviva@camppegasus.com or

faxed to 610-649-0503 or

mailed to: 600 Haverford Rd.  Suite G-101
