Our simple enrollment system is a 3-step process to ensure that the Camp Pegasus program will benefit your camper.

Step 1: Is Camp Pegasus Right For your child?

If you are interested in Camp Pegasus for your child, please send an email to our Camp Administrative Director, Aviva Moore,  with your child's name, age, grade, diagnosis and any questions or concerns you have. Also forward your child's most recent evaluation and/or IEP. Our clinical team will quickly review the documents to see if our program is the right fit for your camper's needs. We will let you know as soon as possible if your camper is accepted.

Please note that Camp Pegasus is not designed to support all social and emotional needs. If the clinical team determines that the program can not safely and successfully support your child’s needs we will not recommend admission. If your child attends school with a 1:1 aide we recommend that this level of support be continued through the summer. Step 2: Reserve a Spot in Camp Pegasus

New Campers: once we let you know that the Camp Pegasus program fits your camper's needs, our Camp Administrative Director will email you directions to log on to our Camp Pegasus/Bunk1 online enrollment form.

Returning Campers: Use your Bunk1 login and password to update the "Returning Camper" form.

All Families: Complete the appropriate online application and send in a $300 non-refundable deposit to our administrative offices:

A space cannot be held for your camper until we receive your deposit.

Tuition in full is due by June 1st.

Step 3: Tell us about your camper

Once you complete the camper application, you will receive an email instructing you to upload the Camp Pegasus medical form from your Bunk 1 parent page. This has to be completed by you and your camper's doctor. THAT'S ALL!

All forms are due by June 1

If you enroll after June 1, medical forms MUST be returned to us 1 week prior to your camper's first day. A delay in this will delay your camper's start!
